Returns
We accept returns for products that are:
- Damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Significantly different from what you ordered.
How to Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order details and clear photos demonstrating the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
Important Note: Personalized items, such as custom engravings on leaves, wood, acrylic, metal, or paper, are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product is received at our UAE facility, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
- To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at adorafeels@gmail.com.
- If your order has not yet entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Our team will provide further guidance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized products (e.g., custom-engraved leaves, photos, or portraits) cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
