2. What materials are used in your products?
We use sustainably sourced raw wood from responsibly managed forests and high-quality acrylic glass for framing. Our products are handcrafted without chemicals or artificial polishes, preserving the wood’s natural texture, color, and fragrance. Our laser engraving process ensures precise, durable designs.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Each product is custom-made, with a processing time of 3-5 business days. Shipping within the UAE takes:
- Standard Shipping: Free Shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-4 business days (AED 50).

4. Can I send a photo or design for engraving?
Yes! You can submit a high-resolution photo, design, or message for engraving via:

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates. Check available shipping options at checkout or contact us for updates on international shipping.
6. How should I care for my engraved product?
To maintain your engraved leaf frame or wooden photo frame:
- Wood: Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or harsh cleaners to preserve the natural finish.
- Acrylic Glass: Clean with a microfiber cloth and mild soap if needed. Avoid abrasive materials to prevent scratches.
- Leaves: Handle delicately and keep away from direct sunlight or moisture to preserve the engraving.
7. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at adorafeels@gmail.com or +971 54 779 5902. We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund or replacement as per our Refund Policy. Note: Personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Absolutely! We use sustainably sourced wood, plant trees for every order, and avoid chemical finishes. Our packaging is eco-friendly, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order?
